Overview
Operators of a network of digital display panels (“DDPs”) are automatically class-licensed under the Broadcasting (Class Licence – Broadcasting to Digital Display Panels) Notification of the Broadcasting Act 1994 (“DDP Notification”) upon commencement of service.
Who is this for?
Operators with a network of digital display panels comprising two or more DDPs situated in a public place in Singapore or installed within a public passenger transport vehicle.
Fees
No licence fee is required.

How to apply?
Service providers are automatically class-licensed under the DDP Notification. There is no need to submit any licence application to IMDA.
