Feon Ang
In her role as Managing Director, LinkedIn, Asia Pacific, Feon leads LinkedIn's business in the region focusing on LinkedIn’s vision of creating economic opportunities for every member of the global workforce. One of the ways LinkedIn hopes to realise this vision is to build a skills-based marketplace, where companies hire for skills, and for workers to invest in lifelong learning. A long-time veteran at LinkedIn, Feon joined the company in 2013 and since then, she has transformed how LinkedIn partners with companies on their talent priorities, especially during the pandemic.
Feon is passionate about nurturing talent and takes an active interest in building and empowering high-performing teams to deliver outstanding results. As a keen diversity and inclusion advocate, Feon founded EmpowerIn in 2017, a leadership development program at LinkedIn that has helped women realise their potential at work across the APAC region.
Prior to LinkedIn, Feon spent more than 13 years at Gartner in various leadership roles. Her last role was Regional Vice-President, where she oversaw relationships with strategic client accounts across the Asia Pacific region. She was also instrumental in setting up offices in the region, including emerging markets in Southeast Asia and China.
Feon holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
Kathy Baxter
As a Principal Architect of Ethical AI Practice at Salesforce, Kathy Baxter develops research-informed best practices to educate Salesforce employees, customers, and the industry on the development of responsible AI. She collaborates and partners with external AI and ethics experts to continuously evolve Salesforce policies, practices, and products. She is a member of Singapore’s Advisory Council on the Ethical Use of AI and Data, Visiting AI Fellow at NIST, and on the Board of the nonprofit EqualAI.
Prior to Salesforce, she worked at Google, eBay, and Oracle in User Experience Research. She is the co-author of "Understanding Your Users: A Practical Guide to User Research Methodologies". She received her MS in Engineering Psychology and BS in Applied Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Stephanie KC Hung
Lim Ee Ling
Lim Ee Ling is the Executive Director of Market Launch at 500 Global, a multi-stage venture capital fund with more than $2.7 billion in assets under management that has invested in over 2,800 fast-growing technology companies, including 50+ companies valued at $1B+.
At 500 Global, Ee Ling oversees the strategic development and implementation of 500’s startup programs in strategic and high potential markets globally, including Egypt, Canada, Israel, Taiwan, Japan, and more. She also advises governments, corporations, and foundations in designing and developing startup ecosystems and innovation programs.
Prior to 500 Global, Ee Ling was an Investment Banker with Bank of America Merrill Lynch and CIMB Investment Bank, advising large listed corporations on M&A, equity and debt capital market transactions in Southeast Asia.
Ee Ling co-founded a K-12 edutech startup equipping students with digital technology and entrepreneurship education. She is also the co-founder and host of Young Founders Summit, a startup program for high school students in Asia that provides aspiring teenage founders with workshops and mentorship to launch impact-based startups.
Ee Ling is an active judge, speaker, and mentor for startup programs and competitions, and is particularly passionate about youth entrepreneurship, impact-based entrepreneurship, and women-led businesses. She is a Council Member of National Youth Council Singapore and National Youth Fund Advisory Committee, and is also recognized as Singapore’s 100 Women in Tech by the Infocomm Media Development Authority.
Andy Sim
Andy Sim oversees the company’s growth and operations in Singapore, with primary responsibilities for leading the sales strategy, go-to-market, business development and enhancing relationships with customers across public and private sectors, partners and alliances.
Andy has over 30 years of industry experience with global companies including Dell Technologies, Samsung, Cisco Systems, Silicon Graphics, 3M and Hewlett-Packard. His unmistakable passion, coupled with experience across a wide range of regional leadership roles, puts him in a unique position to drive the business in an ever-evolving and dynamic technology landscape.
He has held multiple roles at Dell Technologies in the last eight years, most recently heading up the corporate, enterprise and public sector business in Singapore. Andy has also led the enterprise solutions business in South Asia[1] and Korea and the networking business across Asia-Pacific and Japan, making him well-versed in priority technology areas including hybrid cloud, edge, telecom, AI and as-a-service offerings.
Prior to Dell Technologies, Andy led the Enterprise Division at Samsung where he championed innovative technologies predicated on its successful consumer platform to transform new business experiences for enterprise customers. He played a key role in the launch of Samsung Pay in 2016, and led a team that won the Singapore Smart Home Project jointly organised by the Infocomm Media Development Authority and Housing and Development Board. Before that, he spent almost a decade in regional roles at Cisco Systems.
An industry veteran, Andy has been an active member of SGTech since 2013, a premier trade association for the tech industry in Singapore. He is passionate about sustainability issues and serves as a council advisor to the SGTech Sustainability Committee, while also serving as SGTech’s first vice-chairman. Andy is also the Singapore IT Standards Committee (ITSC) Green IT Chairman and a board member of ITE Electronics and Infocomm Technology Academic Advisory Committee. He was also appointed to the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Advisory Committee for e-waste management led by Singapore’s National Environment Agency (NEA) for a two-year term (2021-23).
Maya Hari
Maya serves as the CEO of a climate-tech company Terrascope, a global end-to-end decarbonization SaaS platform backed by Olam ventures aimed to help large enterprises on their Net Zero decarbonization journey.
Prior to Terrascope, Maya spent 7 years at Twitter in a variety of roles including VP of Global strategy, as well as Managing Director of Twitter’s Asia Pacific business.
Professor Annie Koh
Professor Annie Koh is Professor Emeritus of Finance (Practice) at Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University (SMU). She is a renowned conference speaker, panel moderator and commentator. She chairs the Asian Bond Fund 2 supervisory committee for the Monetary Authority of Singapore and is a committee member of Singapore’s Customs Advisory Council and HR Industry Transformation Advisory Panel. She has recently been appointed board member of Singapore Food Agency with effect from April 1st 2023.
Professor Koh is currently Chairman of Prime US REIT and an independent director of AMTD IDEA Group, Prudential Assurance Company Singapore Pte Ltd, Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd and EtonHouse Community Fund (Charity), She previously served on GovTech, Singapore’s CPF, HMI, K1 Ventures boards, and was a member of the World Economic Forum Global Future Council from 2019 - 2022.
Professor Koh also advises privately owned enterprises such as Flexxon Pte Ltd., PBA Group and TOP International, and startups such as Dedoco, Hyperscal Solutions Pte Ltd, Pyxis Maritime Pte Ltd, RABC Holdings Pte Ltd and non-profits such as Blockchain Association of Singapore and Cyber Youth Singapore. She has been an investment committee member of iGlobe Partners since July 2010, advisor to CUBE3 Ventures since October 2021, and Asia Food Sustainability Fund since February 2022. Previously held leadership positions at SMU include Vice President for Business Development; V3 Group Professor of Family Entrepreneurship; Academic Director of Business Families Institute and International Trading Institute; Associate Dean, Lee Kong Chian School of Business; and Dean, Office of Executive and Professional Education.
Professor Koh received her Ph.D. degree in International Finance as a Fulbright scholar from Stern School of Business, New York University in 1988. Her research interests are in Family Office and Family Business, Investor Behaviour, Alternative Investments and Enterprise Risk Management. She co-authored Financial Management: Theory and Practice, 2nd edition (2021), and Financing Internationalisation – Growth Strategies for Successful Companies (2004), co-editor of Asian Family Business: Succession, Governance and Innovation (2020), and author of a number of Asian family business cases and survey reports. In recognition of her contribution to education and the public sector, she was awarded the bronze and silver Singapore Public Administration medal in 2010 and 2016 respectively, and the Adult Education Prism Award in 2017.
Sam Liew
Sam Liew is Managing Partner, Government Strategic Business Group at NCS, leading a dedicated group of practices to build NCS' digital government portfolio, and drive collaboration efforts to propel NCS as the go-to digital catalyst for governments and smart cities across Asia Pacific. Prior to NCS, Sam was the Managing Director of GIC. He was the Director, Technology Group and also heads GIC’s Business partner and Solutions Division. Sam was also a member of GIC’s Corporate Management Committee and the Group Risk Committee.
Before GIC, Sam was Managing Director at Accenture ASEAN Technology. He also led Accenture's Asia Pacific Communications Centre of Excellence delivering business solutions across Asia. He was also a member of Accenture's Global Technology Leadership Council and ASEAN Geographical Leadership Council.
Sam currently serves as Board Director on the Gardens by the Bay Board. Sam also sits on the Board of Singapore Management University’s (SMU) School of Computing and Information Systems and Singapore Polytechnic’s School of computing. In addition, he serves as Council Member on Enterprise Singapore’s IT Standards Committee. Sam is also currently the President of the Singapore Computer Society’s which has a membership of over 52,000 members. He has been conferred a Fellow by SCS.
