Consumer Awareness and Satisfaction Surveys
The IMDA conducts regular Consumer Awareness and Satisfaction Surveys to gauge consumers' usage, awareness, and satisfaction with selected telecommunication services in Singapore. Through these surveys, IMDA gathers valuable feedback from consumers, which is used to improve the quality and reliability of telecommunications services in Singapore’s media landscape.
