Anti-Siphoning Public Consultation

MDA and SSC are jointly conducting a public consultation on the proposed revisions to the anti-siphoning list and definition of delayed broadcast for Category B programmes.

A copy of the public consultation paper is available here (193.89KB).

MDA and SSC hereby invite interested parties to submit written comments on the proposed amendments.

All views and comments should be submitted in writing to MDA by 5 pm, 18 October 2012 and addressed to:
