Corrigendum/Addendum to the IDA/MDA TS DVB-T2 IRD Issue 1 Revision 1 March 2013

MDA and IDA are jointly releasing the revised Technical Specification for Integrated Receiver Decoder (IRD) for use with the 2nd Generation Digital Terrestrial Television Broadcasting System (DVB-T2). The effective enforcement date of this revised specification is 2 February 2015 so as to give lead time for manufacturers and suppliers to bring into the market DVB-T2 IRDs capable of complying with this revision.

MDA and IDA are jointly conducting a public consultation on the proposed revision to the Technical Specification for Integrated Receiver Decoder (IRD) for use with the 2nd Generation Digital Terrestrial Television Broadcasting System (DVB-T2).

MDA and IDA hereby invite interested parties to submit written comments on the proposed amendments.
