All views and comments should be submitted in writing and send to IDA in both hard and soft copy (preferably in Microsoft Word format). Submissions should reach IDA by 12 noon, 10 May 2013. Respondents are required to include their personal or company particulars, correspondence address, contact number and email address in their submissions. All submissions should be addressed to:
