IDA & AGC have received requests from the industry to extend the deadline for the submission of comments to the 'IDA-AGC Review of Electronic Transactions Act: Exclusions under section 4 of the ETA' consultation paper. IDA & AGC will grant an extension of 1 month from the original deadline. All responses must be submitted to AGC by 25 September 2004.

Respondents are required to include their personal/company particulars as well as the correspondence address in their submissions to the above Consultation Paper.
