Code of Practice for Competition in the Provision of Telecommunication and Media Services 2022 (Telecom and Media Competition Code)
The Telecom Competition and Media Code is a comprehensive competition management framework that comprises ex-ante obligations and ex-post provisions which licensees must comply with. The Telecom and Media Competition Code comes into effect on 2 May 2022.

Telecommunication Cybersecurity Code of Practice

Code of Practice for Internal Telecommunication Wiring
The Code of Practice defines the exemplary wiring workmanship and practices which the licensed telecommunication wiring contractors and installers are required to comply with. It supports the licensing scheme by ensuring good quality of performance of the telecommunication wiring and better aesthetics of the premises. Code of Practice for Info-communication Facilities in Buildings
The purpose of the Code of Practice for Info-communication Facilities in Buildings (COPIF) is to ensure that developers and/or owners of buildings and developments provide adequate space and facilities for the deployment and operation of installation and plant; these are equipment used for providing info-communication services to the buildings. The COPIF also specifies the duties to be observed by developers, building/development owners and telecommunication licensees in relation to the provision, maintenance and utilisation of the relevant space and facilities provided, as directed under COPIF. Since its inception on 1 April 2000, the COPIF has been reviewed and revised when appropriate, to ensure its continued relevance in light of the evolving requirements for info-communication facilities. The latest COPIF 2018 and the COPIF Guidelines are effective as of 15 December 2018.
Code of Practice for Provision of Premium Rate Services
To protect consumers, IMDA has issued the Code of Practice for Provision of Premium Rate Services (PRS) that sets out the duties to be observed by the PRS providers and their billing network operators when offering their services over the public telecommunication networks. Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network NetCo Interconnection
On 25 February 2009, IDA (now IMDA) issued a NetCo Interconnection Code in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(1) (a) to (c), (f) and (g) of the Telecommunications Act (Cap. 323). In 2020, IMDA conducted a review to amend Sections of the NetCo Interconnection Code to ensure the relevance of the pricing principles. The revised NetCo Interconnection Code came into effect on 22 April 2020.
Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network OpCo Interconnection
The OpCo Interconnection Code is intended to, inter alia, specify the pricing, terms and conditions of Nucleus Connect Pte Ltd's (Nucleus Connect) services under the Interconnection Offer, and the obligations of both Nucleus Connect and persons requesting such services from Nucleus Connect. In 2020, IMDA conducted a review to amend Sections of the OpCo Interconnection Code to ensure the relevance of the pricing principles. The revised OpCo Interconnection Code came into effect on 22 April 2020.
