Raising capabilities of solution providers
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- To bolster support for enterprises and fortify the solution landscape, AWS has pledged its resources to enhance the capabilities of IMDA’s pre-approved ICM solution providers, who collectively cater to a broad base of SMEs across Singapore. This initiative underscores AWS' commitment to foster scalability and security within the cloud ecosystem and aims to empower these ICM solution providers at every stage of their cloud adoption journey, amplifying the strength of their solutions.
AWS will make available the AWS Migration Acceleration Programme (MAP), LIFT, and Well-Architected Review programmes, as well as a range of dedicated resources and support mechanisms such as: - An exclusive onboarding orientation programme to IMDA’s pre-approved solution providers;
- A security workshop conducted by AWS specialists tailored to ICM solution providers’ use case;
- Dedicated technical support towards architecture and education of best practices in the cloud;
- Prototype development for ICM solution providers executed by specialised AWS partner;
- Cost management review exercises by the AWS Cloud Economics team on a quarterly basis to ensure cost optimisation; and
- Facilitation of roundtable and thematic thought leadership sessions throughout calendar year to elevate supported solutions.
Providing smarter solutions through AI and Gen AI capabilities
Microsoft
- Microsoft is partnering with IMDA to uplift the tech industry by supporting interested, aspiring or current pre-approved ICM solution providers with business and technical services that supports the growth of their business through modernising and integrating their applications with Microsoft’s Copilot or AzureAI.
