Becoming an InvoiceNow-Ready Solution Provider

Peppol-Ready Solution Provider (PRSP) is now rebranded to InvoiceNow-Ready Solution Provider (IRSP).

InvoiceNow-Ready Solution Providers are providers offering solutions such as Accounting or Enterprise Resource Planning systems which are connected to InvoiceNow network via IMDA accredited Access Points.

IRSPs are classified as IRSP Prime or Reseller. IRSP Prime comprises of:

  1. Principal product owner
  2. Reseller with productised add-on modules

Refer to the table below for the key differences between an IRSP Prime and an IRSP Reseller:

InvoiceNow-Ready Solution Provider (Prime) InvoiceNow-Ready Solution Provider (Reseller)
  • Principal product owner with IRSP required features
  • Reseller with productised add-on modules to meet the IRSP requirements
  • Solution may be:
    • Full accounting/ERP product
    • Branded product wrapped around a technology base code/white labelled
    • Product with AP Connection Component (e.g. MS Dynamics, SAP B1)
    • Either multi-tenanted or single-tenanted
    • Either cloud-based or desktop
  • Required to go through accreditation process with IMDA
  • Listed on IMDA’s website and eligible for PSG Grant
  • Reseller of Principal product
  • IRSP Prime will certify resellers by declaring a list of resellers to IMDA
  • Not required to go through accreditation process with IMDA
  • Listed on IMDA’s website and eligible for PSG grant.
