Glen Francis
Glen is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience across six industries. He is also a board member of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), a member of the Technology Committee for the Tsao Foundation, and a Mentor at the Center of Technology Management for Columbia University (NYC). He founded Spark by CIO Academy Asia and served as its President in 2014.
Previously he had served as a member of the President's Technology Award Committee and as the CTO of Singapore Press Holdings. He was also a board member for several of SPH's business entities, including Memphis1, Fastco, and Straits Digital Innovation.
Kiren Kumar
Kiren Kumar spearheads the development of Singapore’s digital economy and oversees the Sectoral Transformation Group and Digital Industry & Talent Group to accelerate digitalisation across industries and leads human capital development efforts to provide the right skillsets for the ICM sector.
Previously, Kiren was the Executive Vice President (Digital Industry) at the Singapore Economic Development Board overseeing economic policy formulation and worked closely with multinational corporations on their Asian strategies and investments in Singapore.
Manik Narayan Saha

Manik Narayan Saha is the Managing Director for SAP Labs Singapore, leading a team of over 250 highly talented individuals to deliver the latest, most innovative and sustainable products for customers. He was previously the CIO for SAP APJ from 2013 to 2019, where he drove the complete digital transformation of IT in APJ, introduced AI and Machine learning technologies for SAP business processes, and accelerated the use of cloud solutions at SAP.
Recently, Manik was accepted by IMDA into the SG Digital Leaders programme for 2023 and is a graduate of the SEP programme from Stanford University.

Bell Beh
Co-founder and CEO, BuzzAR
Bell Beh graduated with a scholarship directly from UC Berkeley. As a lawyer turned tech entrepreneur, she runs BuzzAR, an immersive technology platform that aims to take one billion people from the real world to the virtual, empowering them to experience, create and realise their dreams.
She is a member of the Singapore-Zhejiang Economic and Trade Council and the Global Innovation Alliance Council. She is also the Vice President of the Singapore chapter of the Virtual Reality Augmented Reality Association and serves as the INTERPOL Metaverse Group Expert. Bell has won several awards, including the 2023 SG100WIT and the 2022 APAC Entrepreneur of the Year.
