Created in 2000, Phish Communications is a Singapore-based creative agency involved in the field of the arts, culture, heritage and cinema both in Singapore and Southeast Asia. It has a long track record in communications and content development (including videos, books and catalogues), and a long tradition of promoting film and, in particular, film heritage. The company has garnered experience in producing video and film, by partnering with Nocturnes Productions first to develop a series of 15 short films done with Singapore-based photographers, including with Edwin Khoo, Sim Chee Yin, Ernest Goh, etc. Phish has also produced festival trailers as well as institutional videos, including Baba Bling for the National Heritage Board in 2010. More recently, Phish has coproduced with Nocturnes Productions the documentary features such as Gaston Méliès and his Wandering Star Film Company (2015), and Chaplin in Bali (2017).
