Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA)
Visits to the IMDA for media classification services and any request to meet our officers are strictly BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. You can call 6377 3800 or email INFO@imda.gov.sg to make an appointment. Please use our online services for submissions.
We encourage all industry customers to visit our website for the latest updates.
NOTE: For feedback on issues with service providers that are contractual in nature, such as billing, we strongly encourage end users to liaise directly with their service provider to resolve any issues or concerns related to their services, as service providers are better equipped to assist their subscribers with such matters. Alternatively, you may wish to consider bringing the dispute to CASE, the Small Claims Tribunal or the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Scheme set up by IMDA, where mediators will try to help resolve the dispute. For more information on the ADR Scheme and eligibility, please refer to our Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Scheme page. Please be informed that if your dispute is contract-related, these can only be addressed via the dispute resolution options mentioned. The IMDA contact centre will not be able to assist.
